Tree icon "No Show" avaialible off line folders I

Is there no way to look at this as in explorer. Where the icons display little arrow? Must look only at one folder at a time? I use sync in w2000 on multiple PCS to keep all on the same page. New folders from different PCs must be checked some times so all will sync? If not any suggestions?
