copy/move/synch and skip indentical files

Hi

can I ask you a question?

Is there an option to skip all identical files in the copy / move and synch process ?
Just becase I'm going to copy lots of data, my native language is not english and the help/manual is not translated
sadly xyplorer awesome file manager doesn't copy file including file permission and the alternative is using fastcopy , i have request but no luck

would be great have a skill all identical files

Sha-256, if you want something faster, use size + date?
