Status Bar left section width

A way to set a custom width for the first (leftmost) section of the status bar. This would add it to (or take it from) the second section, and in turn with 'Smart Section Sizing' enabled to/from the third section also.

It would also allow someone to fill some empty space when using a small(er) font size in the status bar, for that currently the section size doesn't change along (with only the font size affected, which makes sense and is not an issue in and of itself, but the extra space could well come in handy elsewhere).

And if it would cause any cropping, that would be of no worries with the section information showing on mouseover anyways.

With the added bonus that those with a tree on the left can align the section separator with their tree separator.
