MacOS: browser font for code tags / form inputs?

At work I've switched to a MacBook Pro.

In all browsers I've checked (Vivaldi, Firefox, Safari) the font used in form inputs or for rendering of code contents is quite different indicating it's a central setting.

I've failed to create helpful searches. Is there any central place this font can be changed?
