Mark last visible node in Locked Tree

I like how Tree Path Tracing "highlights" the current node with a line and a square mark.

Unfortunately, the Locked Tree loses the square mark when I go deeper through the hierarchy.

There is a setting to mark all the nodes along the path with empty squares.

It looks nice but also adds distraction and disturbs recognizing the last visible node.
It would make sense and also look nice to mark the last visible node of the current path in the Locked Tree with such an empty square mark (even if that setting is turned off).

If you show expansion icons (which everyone does except you ), the difference would be too small and it would turn out to be misleading.
