2in1 clipboard and file manager

I would like to have a clipboard function where all copied texts, images, etc. are stored which can then be cataloged and pasted to other places at a later time. Currently I use a clipboard tool for this work. But this way I would have file manager and clipboard tool in one.

Why should a file manager make this if the internet is full of such tools.
Also Windows itself has a clipboard manager invoked with Win-V
It holds all your copied items and allows to paste it anywhere.

I am using spartan-multi-clipboard at the moment.
Windows clipboard is too simple. When I have copied 300 texts, I need the possibility to divide them into different areas.
