More practical use of tags.

However, as I said, my English is not enough, so I must not have explained my request fully.
So, I'll try to explain what I'm thinking in different sentences.
I hope I can make it.

I am using lots of tags for folders.
They take up too much space in the "Tag column" in the detailed view.
That's why I only use single letter or symbol for tag designations.
I have to look at my notes to remember which letter or symbol I used for which description.
I want to write this information manually next to the Tags that I created in the catalog.
The description I wrote should not be perceived as a Tag.
I want the program to detect and use only a single letter or symbol as a Tag.

In the current solution, the program does not detect the Tag as a single letter or symbol.
It just displays the word as a single letter or symbol.
But not so when searching by Tags.

So typing is much more difficult when I want to use Tags elsewhere, for example in a list in the category "Comment (Click and Search)".
(When I want to add some Tags to the "Click and Search" category I created for comments)
Because in this case the Tags I will add will be much longer than a single letter or symbol.
It also doesn't match any of the single letters or symbols I've already created.

I want the explanations I will write next to the tags not to match the Tag, but to remain as a note.
So that the problem I mentioned will not occur.

"Tag List" content in List Management is suitable for copy paste.
Any number of Tags can be pasted into the list at once.
If the categories (Click and Search) in the catalog are made suitable for "Copy and Paste", it will not be difficult for me to manually write a description next to the tags as I mentioned above.

If the categories in the catalog are adapted to the copy-paste feature I mentioned, the process that I will try to explain below will also become easier.

I want to create a list in this form.
However, I need "Copy Paste" because I want to write templates like " !A" in "Click and Search" category.

It is not possible to create the list I mentioned above with "Update Category".

Also, I would like to point out one more thing on the subject.
While creating a category that does not contain forms such as " !A", but contains only single letters and symbols, I have to do the following.
1) I paste the list consisting of single letters and symbols that I have determined before, into the "Tag List" in "List Management" by "Copy Paste".
2) I create an empty folder.
3) I add all the Tags in the "Tag List" to this folder.
4) I right-click the [(Click and Search) (Location "* /T")] title of the Tag Category and run the "Update Category" command.
5) I'm removing all the Tags I've added to the empty folder.
6) I'm deleting the empty folder.

Yes, I've finally created a Tag Category [(Click and Search) (Location "* /T")] containing all of the single letters and symbols I've pre-set.

It is not possible to do the final creation with the "Update Category" command without the pre-processes I mentioned above.
Because the "Update Category" command updates the list according to the Tags used in the folder or files while creating the [(Click and Search) (Location "* /T")] Tags in the category.
If some of the Tags are used, it will only update them according to the used ones.
My request is to update it according to the "Tag List" content in List Management.

However, even if the category I mentioned is updated according to the "Tag List" content, it excludes the forms similar to the " !A" I mentioned above. Because " !A" is not a Tag.

But, since I need it for other operations; I want the "Update Category" command to update based on the "Tag List" content.

In summary;
1) I wish to be able to write my notes (For what I consider necessary) next to the tags.
2) I wish the "Update Category" command would update based on the "Tag List" content.
3) Making the Tag Category [(Click and Search) (Location "* /T")] suitable for "Copy and Paste" will gain practicality and speed.
(Example: "Tag List" content in List Management is suitable for "Copy Paste".)

However, as you can see from the screenshot I sent in the attachment; The appearance of the Tags in the catalog section is tiring on the eyes.
Also, it has other flaws as I mentioned in the first post.
