RDP Slow Connecting to Windows 11

(Posting here since the quality of responses is far superior to that of the MS forums)

I just purchase a new Dell laptop to replace my Surface Pro 3 which has been slowly dying.

My work PC and the SP3 are running Win10 and the Dell is running Win 11.

By comparison, the Dell is blazingly fast yet when I RDP across my LAN to it from either of the other PCs, after inputting the PW, the connection takes 30 seconds.
The messages displayed is "Securing Connection". Connections between my Win10 PCs are immediate.

Has anyone else run into this?
