Something is wrong in your configuration.
For me the MPC-HC entries are available with multi-location results.
Try to unset the "Show 64-bit Context Menu"
I find it better as default setting and it can be switched on on demand.

You either need to use a button/user defined command, catalog entry) or a custom file association or a custom event action (only a middle-click is available for clicking items) with a script that calls mpc-hc.exe with the files or the additional parameter /add (for the playlist option)...
