Via CKS dialog you can retrieve the command ID of every menu command.

Hi Formingus,

as you know there is an command to do this as you see at the menu "Panes > Copy to Other Pane"

With this in mind you can lookup the command from menu "Tools > Customize Keyboard Shortcuts"
Navigate in the "Customize Keyboard Shortcuts" -dialog to the Category named as the menu, that's "Panes"
Then click on "Copy to other Tab Pane"
Now you see [#804] as the command ID on an button on the bottom border.

This ID you can use in an script as
#804;
