Tabs destroyed when updating using Automatic Updater script

Hi,

I just updated from 8.00 to 8.00.0003, and found that my tabs (for both panes) had disappeared (well, mostly). Pane 1 (running in single pane mode, with pane 2 acting as a second set of tabs) previously had about 8 tabs open, and was reduced to 3, and Pane 2 previously had about 6 tabs open, and it changed to having only the desktop and no other tabs (and I am certain that I didn't have the desktop open on Pane 2). Pane 2 also had a home and locked tab that disappeared during the update as well...

So something strange happened...

EDIT:
Just updated from .0003 to .0004 and tabs survived just fine... Not sure what happened the first time... So maybe it's all good now...
