INI Tweak PopupMenusAtSelection

Who does use this tweak? I do and I feel that it (PopupMenusAtSelection=1) actually should be the standard/default behavior. Do you agree?

I didn't know the existence, but I feel happier with =1 now

Well, I don't use it myself (PopupMenusAtSelection=0) and I need it that way actually, so as long it it becomes a new default but the tweak remains (only working the other way around then) and I can keep my current behavior, then yes I agree it should probably by enabled by default, makes sense.
