It still didn't work. I'm going to uninstall the one I just downloaded, and copy the two folders from the old machine to the same paths in the new one. That should do it?

Show the content of the Startup.ini file from your old XY installation folder and from the new one

Sorry for being so confused.

I uninstalled the version I had on the new machine. I copied the two folders from the old machine, "XYplorer and XYplorer64" to the same directory in the new machine. I don't see an .exe file to open the program. Do I have to reinstall the old program? If so, from where?

Thanks...

What?
I checked my current version and it's 27.20.1200. I works just fine for me. I downloaded and installed this version to my W11 machine
So you've installed the 32-bit version on the new machine...

C:\Program Files (x86)\XYplorer
That's the path for it (if you've left the installation folder in the installer as it was)

Sorry, this is getting more and more out of control...

Uninstall all XY versions from the new system. Reinstall the 32-bit one (27.20.1200).
And you don't need the XYplorer64 folder on the new system^^

Good news! It worked!! I didn't realize I had the (x86) version. For some reason I had the 64 bit version, which I had used by mistake.
Thank you so much for your patience and help, highend. Couldn't have done it without you!! Stay well....
