Scroll through Previews
What I often do instinctively when I use "Mouse down blow up" on images, is to use the mouse wheel trying to go to the next/previous image.
I'm used to scroll through image previews (with F11) and I keep forgetting that I can't.
Is this something that can be added as an option somewhere?

Re: Scroll through Previews
There is something quirky about this though.
When I press the right key it moves the mouse pointer over to the right image and shows the preview.
But if I then press the left arrow, it moves the pointer over the preview and does nothing.
You can't actually use it to move through all the images, since when you reach the end of the row and press the right again, it goes nowhere.
This mouse-oriented approach does not seems trustworthy.
A truly keyboard-oriented one might work better, IDK..
If we can add it to the MDBU too, (and throw the wheel there too)

If you're in the list when doing this, using the up and down arrows instead of the left and right arrows.

Re: Scroll through Previews
You didn't mention thumbnail view in your OP.
You also didn't mention what version you're using. 32bit? 64bit? Version number?
I'm not seeing that behavior when in thumbnail view. Right goes right and left goes left. And when I hit the end of the row, going left or right, it goes to the previous or next row.

Yes, you're right..
28.20.0200 64bit
Windows 10
Yes, it can work OK, as far as the mouse doesn't go over the previewed image.I'm not seeing that behavior when in thumbnail view. Right goes right and left goes left. And when I hit the end of the row, going left or right, it goes to the previous or next row.
Then it is stuck there.
This is happening when the preview is large (this is why I use the preview anyway, to enlarge the thumbnail)..
Moving the mouse to the next image is not very accident-proof.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Re: Scroll through Previews
Still the same problem (28.20.0202).
The mouse pointer does not get stuck anymore, but the outcome is the same. Any news about the MDBU scrolling?

Re: Scroll through Previews
No preview of the 2nd, 3rd.. image is shown, although the mouse pointer jumps to the position of the 2nd, 3rd.. thumbnail with the click of the right/left arrow.
You can see it in the gif.
The mouse jumps are not from my mouse, but from the pressing of the left/right arrows..

Not really. I'm again at "Can't reproduce."
An elusive bug...

Re: Scroll through Previews
I can do it very easily here.
The only thing that's really needed, is for the images to be bigger than the screen (so the preview will occupy o big part of the screen).
While a preview is showing, when pressing the cursor, it will jump from thumbnail to thumbnail, trying to get over the next thumbnail.
If the mouse is over the previewed image, the thumbnail underneath it does not produce a preview.
Pressing the cursor again will make the mouse jump to the next thumbnail.
If it's not under the current image, it will display its preview.
If it's covered, no change at the previewed image will occur.
