Refresh MD5 column completes immediately but does nothing

Yes, it was new. I use this workflow a few times a year, and per the "Background" in my OP, the last time was on 2026-01-12.

Ah, yes, you mentioned that in your first post. :oops:

I tested old versions back till 20250227 (26.90.0200) but the bug was always there. :?

Anyway, it's fixed now, right?
