Colored lines don't disappear

After a copy to the other pane colored lines doesn't disappear

You are probably talking about these lines:
Configuration | Colors and Styles | Styles | Clipboard Markers | Colored lines

After copying, the clipboard is not automatically emptied. The lines tell you this.
