Always bring to front (32 bit version)

While testing various program launchers, XYPlorer 32 bit often opens behind other windows with the status bar icon flashing. I don't have that issue with the 64 bit version.

I've tried various settings, such as unchecking "allow multiple instances" but the issue persists. Is there some trick I'm missing to get the 32 bit version to always open in front of all other windows?

Strange, I never saw this here. Using the 32-bit version all day long.

Thanks. Today, it's opening in front. It must have been something environmental. It's weird that it only affected the 32 bit version. Sorry for the trouble.
