How to recover licence?

I know it sounds ridiculous, but suddenly XYPlorer has lost my licence. How do i recover it? I can't find anyway to log in to an account on the website. I dont even know the proper place to ask for help. [As to why it thinks I am unregistered I also have no idea - I've been using this for a very long time.]
