多实例使用不同的ini配置文件

新建不同的实例使用新的配置文件，现在使用的配置文件都是在C:/中的同一个文件，希望可以将配置文件保存在软件所在的文件夹中

Then use the portable versions or read about the Startup.ini file in the help file
