Not Creating Thumbnails

I'm using the current version and when I'm browsing image files (jpg, raw, etc) XY is not creating the thumbnails. The status bar shows a message that Thumbs are being created but only the file icons show. I've tried, clearing the cash and different setting but XY is still not show the Thumbnails. Now, I downloaded and and ran the portable version, and surprise, it creates and shows the Thumbnails. I set my installed configuration for Thumbnails exactly the same as the portable, but it still does not create the Thumbnails.

So it is something in my configuration file?

Hard to say from here. Maybe a corrupt thumbs cache file?

I found the issue, I compared my installed .ini file with the new one from the portable version, and one of the difference was:

; Tweak: max area of thumbed images, 0 = unlimited
MaxArea=0

I had a value other than 0 in MaxArea, setting it to 0 fixed my issue, now creating Thumbnails

In the next version a text is shown in this case instead of the icon: "Area larger than limit"
