Toolbar button highlight color in dark mode

Hi, is there an option to change the toolbar button highlight color in dark mode? Thank you.

That setting changed the whole dark mode tint. I wanted 0 dark mode tint (neutral) but didn't want that brown outline it gave to the toolbar buttons. For that matter the brown outline seems to be coming from tint=1 (is that a bug?). Doesn't seem like there's any other configuration to change the outline directly.

Not a bug. Hue 1 is red and is responsible for the brown you are seeing. Hue 0 would be red, too, but here it's taken to mean neutral.

Would you consider making hue 0 neutral to include non-red (grey/white) tint for the borders too?
