external viewer for files

Donald, whoud it be possible to add an option to open a file under cursor in some external viewer and some external editor defined by user in TrackerV configuration menu?
They could be called via some shortcuts (Shift + V for external viewer and Shift + E for external editor ?) or a command of context menu or the both of them.

Windows does this for me easily (context menu; no shortcuts, though). Why do it again with TV3?
