Long media files dont show thumbnails

The normal media files thumbnails are working prefectly, but those long mp4 file or other typs of media files dont show thumbnails.
: If you change the long file name into normal one, then refresh thumbnails, it shows.

Oh, by long you mean the length of the filename? That's normal. Those thumbnails are retrieved by the Windows shell which cannot handle overlong filenames.
