Quick & Easy; What caused this and how do I turn it off?

I must have enabled some feature as a code? Set of numbers? Reference of some kind? Is appearing next to every option in all menus.

I've looked through my settings, searched for 'advanced', 'command', etc. to no avail. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You have enabled in Help menu - Command IDs on Menu.
