Sync Folders - Android Phone Folder

Trying to use Sync Folders to sync a folder in Windows (source) with a folder in my Android phone (target).

I get the error: "Sync Folders doesn't support portable devices".



Questions:

• Is there some other way for me to sync the two folders?

• Is this something that might be fixed in the foreseeable future or is this something that can never be solved (due to some issue with the Android file system)?
