preview volume level

can we change volume level on the fly when preview audio file on mouse down? or make it easy to reach that volume bar

Actually I found a beautiful way to to this:

    + Quick Audio Preview: Now you can easily and intuitively change the volume of the 
      preview. Moving the mouse up/down changes the volume (new), moving the mouse 
      left/right changes the position (as before). The angle of the movement determines 
      which property is changed.
