why is "smart move" notifikation in chinese and why is moving many files soooo slow?

I have a german windows and xyplorer comes as a "german software", right?

Why is there a a notification in chinese (korean? or ?) in the smart move pop up?






And my second question is:
why is xyplorer sooooo slow with moving files? (compared to windows explorer!)

Smart move? I have no idea what you are talking about. Probably another application that is also responsible for the slowness.

That "smart move" box with chinese signs appears sometimes when I move files and folders with xyplorer.
