Obfuscate all but currently selected path

I am wondering if it is possible to have an option in the obfuscate command to obfuscate everything except the currently selected directory tree Item and sub-directories, along with the files in the list?

Not that I know of.

You could probably rig up something with ICF colorfilters to hide the text, but you might have to temp toggle the BC/tabbar off in the same script if those places you wanted to obfuscate too.
