Very slow start

I would like to start using XYplorer at work, with different network folders. It happens that at startup it is very slow (30 seconds?), can I do anything to speed up the startup?

The normal way:
Configuration | General | Safety Belts, Network | Network | [x] Cache network servers
Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | [x] No network browsing at startup

Thank you. Could these settings create problems in a work environment? I also saw this setting: Assume that servers are available. Do you need to use it?
