Create shortcut but with date modified of selected items

Can you add feature to: Create shortcut - but copy the date modified of the items being shortcutted? Helps with organizing. Otherwise shortcuts get "today's date" even for older files. Maybe a config text file tweak for this?

Can you also add a feature tweak to append the "- Shortcut" in file name like File Explorer does?
