some hidden Sharepoint channels not showing as subfolders

I am just now implementing Microsofy Sharepoint and Teams for my firm. In XYplorer, I see folders for all teams, shared and private, and I see subfolders for most channels, but not all channels. The missing channels/subfolders are ones that I own, and that are within a private team/folder. I know I have set up access properly because I can access them in Teams. Can anyone advise on how to access them in XYplorer?

1) Right-click the Network node in the folder tree and click "Browse for Network Server...". Are your hidden channels listed in the list that appears?

2) Paste this into the address bar and press ENTER: enumshellfolderitems 61; Are your hidden channels listed in the displayed list?

3) Ensure that all hidden items are shown in Configuration | General | Tree and List | Items in Tree and List | Select Items...
