Accidentally Changed Drive Listing to “Temp”
I have a Microsoft One Drive account, and “OneDrive” has been listed on my tree. It was working fine. Somehow, I accidentally did something that changed the tree listing from “OneDrive” to “OneDriveTemp.” There is now one sub folder that starts with “S” followed with lots of numbers. If I right click on the sub folder and select “open”, I get a new display page that lists my OneDrive and all of its sub folders. How do I revert to getting back to the main tree displaying “OneDrive” like I had before? Thanks

How is it shown in File Explorer?

Re: Accidentally Changed Drive Listing to “Temp”
To further clarify my mistake or misunderstanding, in both Explorer and XYplorer, the “OneDriveTemp” appears as a folder if I list under “Windows C:” but the old “OneDrive” folder does still appear if I list under my Windows user name, which I did not realize before now.

Try a fresh instance of XYplorer: Type
fresh; into the Address Bar and press Enter. Does it look better?FAQ | XY News RSS | XY X

Re: Accidentally Changed Drive Listing to “Temp”
The “fresh;” works perfectly and restores the old listing (i.e., no “OneDriveTemp”), but if I exit Xyplorer and execute it again, the problem returns unless I redo the “fresh;”

Try to reset it. Click menu View | Reset Tree.

Re: Accidentally Changed Drive Listing to “Temp”
I did that. My OneDrive now shows and expands as it should as “OneDrive” as a sub-folder of both “This PC” and under my user name. But it does still show as “OneDriveTemp” as a sub-folder of “Windows C:” -- I can live with this as the outcome if there does not appear to be a fix.

Re: Accidentally Changed Drive Listing to “Temp”
Well, if the OneDriveTemp is where it is, then it will show where it is. I don't think XY is lying. I cannot give you any tips on what to do with it. You might want to ask a OneDrive guru.
