Overlong File Name

Hi Guys,
I have pdfs overlong name, dont know much about but more than 259 characters. When I open it gives error
Support overlong name is also checked in settings.
Can you help.

Yes, when i open from windows explorer it works fine. But from XY it is not working. I am using Foxit PDF reader if you know any settings there.

It gives error in Foxit but is working fine with Adobe Acrobat DC.

Actually we have to arrange like this our company's record. Looking for solution in foxit reader may be because adobe works fine with it.

The error message comes from Foxit. Looks like it cannot handle overlong filenames. Not XYplorer's problem
