change the color of the open folder name

Post by FlyAway »

Hi :)

I have the left bar colors set as default. When I click on a folder, the background turns blue and the title white and it is clearly different from the others. But when I click on the right panel, the folder loses its blue background and becomes the same as the others except for a light gray background that doesn't stand out from the others. Is there a way to have the open folder always highlighted somehow?

Thank you

The blue colour you are describing is showing the focused item thus needs to move to the list if you select a folder there.
Try "path tracing" in the tree for a visual hint.

Thanks,
I know the Tree path tracing but I hate it :)

It seems impossible to me that there isn't an option to change the background of the open folder, also because it is light gray and will be set somewhere (.ini file). It would be enough to have a slightly darker gray to make it easily visible

if I knew the name of that variable in the .ini file, I could change it manually but I don't know what it's called :(

You can: Configuration | Colors and Styles | Highlights & Dark Mode | Selections in non-focused controls
