get() for #361 (View - Columns - Line numbers)

Could you please add the value for this command id to get()?

If you have a full report, e.g. via report("|"); and getting parts of it via the template part isn't an option
you either have line numbers visible or not.

If your visible items are just names consisting of numbers you can't know if you can remove the first element or not...

With this addition you aren't clueless anymore
