Removing Highlight and/or Box Color?

Hi,

A question I just feel a bit embarrassed about but I can't find the answer anywhere

I've experimented with colouring some of the folders in my tree, using the 'mark -> Set highlight color' and 'mark-> box color' options, but there doesn't seem to be anyway of removing the color coding once it's been applied???

I've tried setting both to just plain white, but it still leaves a 'shadow' of a box around the folder in the tree as thought there's a box there but coloured just like the white background of the tree

I know it must be simple, but is there a way to remove the highlight and box color's on tree folder items?

I seem to have found it

I think the option to 'toggle' highlight and/or box color does the job. I've posted this here in case anyone new to XY has the same issue

I can imagine the "Toggle" command in that menu is good for that?
And, to see an list of all that way marked folders and branches,
note the menu "Tools > List Management > Highlight Folders" + "Boxes Branches" to manually edit this settings.
Just delete there an entry to reset this setting to default.

Yes, I spent a long time searching the forums, then found the very option you've mentioned about 60 seconds after asking here! Incredible how that happens . . .

The list management function is really very useful

Sorry but I have been trying to figure out what that feature does. I know there is something where i use my numpad numbers to change a highlighted color of different files or folders for marking. But i see the boxed branch and the highlight and the color. It doesn't do anything that i can notice pressing any of those options for me. I try toggle highlighted folder and they dont highlight no matter what color i set it to. and toggle boxed branch only makes the background a dark or dull grey with barley any resemblance of the color i picked for it. Am i doing something wrong herr?
