file info tips - video length

Can someone explain how to show (again) the video length in the popup of the file info tips? It worked for many years and I don't know what happened. I have ticked anything necessary in the options dialog.
With 32bit menu, rightclick and opened file details the video details are empty. With 64bit menu the video details are filled. It seems XYplorer uses the 32bit environment for the info tip.
How can I change this behaviour to 64bit? Any other hint is appretiated.

Menu - Tools - Configuration... - Information - File Info Tips & Hover Box

I have all those advanced fields populated with the necessary info. In the tooltip and in the details section of the properties. 32-bit.

So I guess something's wrong with your system (or you don't have the necessary 32-bit video codecs installed (e.g via the K-Lite codec package))...

Many thanks for your quick response. You gave a good hint.
I finally found (again) the solution. With the tool "Icaros" one can activate thumbnailing for exotic video formats and also file details for preview in explorer. Now all video details are shown as desired.
