Different marking of files / folders

Somewhere I have adjusted something and unfortunately I do not know how to undo it.

I have a different behavior when clicking on a file/folder in the left window. On the left, when I single left click, each file/folder is permanently highlighted. One after the other.

But on the other hand, if I select a file/folder in the right window and I then select another file/folder, the behavior is quite normal, because the previous selection always disappears. I would like to have it like this again in the left window. But where do I set this?
