how to select if one click opens ?

how to select if one click opens ?

Hello, I’m trying the "open directory with one click feature" and I like it but how do you manage to select easily the directory in this case ? And same quesion for a file.
Windows 10 64 bits

I will never understand why one sets to start files with one click.
Thats for fools only, as it leads to all sorts of unexpected unwanted execution of files.
Also to save one click in opening a dir is only fine in the tree, where nothing bad happens.

There are numerous options in Tools > Configuration > Menus, Mouse, Usability as well as Tools > Customize List. Pick some options and experiment.
