video preview(F12 and ctrl + F11)

When I select a video file
The preview (F12, ctrl+F11) has a loading speed of
It's slow. It looks like it's lagging a little bit.
Is there a way to improve speed in this part?

There's no problem playing the preview video
I mean the first time the file is loaded

I don't think so. The time is needed by RenderFile (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windo ... renderfile).
