Failed to update

May I ask why I can't check for the update? Hosts is good, no antivirus software running.
Current installed version: 24.20.0500

Not sure what the dialog says, but you already have the latest version, besides betas.

Also, Failed to check for the updates. Network reset didn't help.

And you can reach https://www.xyplorer.com/languagelist.php via Internet Explorer (and you have not blocked XY via firewall settings)?

I can visit https://www.xyplorer.com/languagelist.php and download language files, no firewall blocking.
