Add new drop down action for CEA Double click on tab

Not really a wish but a suggestion for CEA > Clicking on Tabs > Double-click / Middle-click on Tab, add to the drop-down list of actions to "Toggle Global Visual Filter". Yes, I know you can do that by having Run script - #387, but you can say that about most of the drop-down entries. You'd be surprised how quickly you can get used to toggling a visual filter this way and how convenient it is to be able to quickly see more recent files by simply double clicking the tab.
