Changing File Attributes: A Bug & Suggestion

Hi!

There is a bug in the File Attributes Changing feature (Found here: Window ==> Show Info Panel ==> Properties), the "Date picker" screen is not working properly (It's not allowing user to pick the date), also it lacks the ability to choose TIME (hh:mm:ss)!

By the way, the "Date picker" screen itself is NOT handy or easy accessible, it should be opened automatically once the user clicks on the date field of a file (Currently the user has to clear the old date and then click F1 Button!), also the user should be allowed to TYPE the date and time directly in the above-mentioned field (in case he don't likes to use the "date picker".

Kindly take these notes into consideration in your next release.

Hi,

I'm a bit surprised by your report.

1) The date picker works well here; there is no need to clear the old date; and it's not a TIME picker, of course.

2) You can type directly into the field.

I wonder if other users share your strange experience.

Hi Admin,

I'm using XYplorer 24.00.0700 on Windows 10, and I Re-checked all the points/complaints which I mentioned in my original post, and I found that they are still existing!
Would you please screen-record for me the problem-free process from you computer?
Maybe I'm using the incorrect feature.

It might be related to your regional date format. Can you show a screenshot, or simply one of the full dates with the time part?
