Video Thumbnail Preview

I do not know if it's possible or not but a Video Preview in a thumbnail format 9x9 6x6 4x4 3x3 could be a good feature I think:

You can already show videos as thumbnail
and even better you can have a full preview of almost any video format.

The benefit mostly for series, like I never remember what was in the previous 2-3 ep., and I think you if I get 9-16 picture as a thumbnail it could be helpful.
So you do not have to scroll in the preview.
You mean the: View->Views->Thumbnails #1-3 ?

or even ffmpeg...
