Folder View Settings for Search Results

I'd like to use a special arrangement of columns for my search results, but saving the FolderView Settings doesn't do much.
Only way I found was to save the column layout and restore it whenever needed - would still be nice if it could be the default. Any way to achive this?

Untick this and the search results will remember their own column setup: Configuration | Find and Filter | Find Files & Branch View | Find Files | Search results inherit current columns
