explicit save only indicator

With such an important option, it makes sense to have a indicator tell you that it is on

It's a global setting that applies to all Paper Folders. It's better you store it in your brain.

Though i may agree that it's global setting, so why depicting it anywhere, but as paper-info-bar already exists, why not make it more useful than mere name info, by showing paper settings on it?(like Visual Filter bar shows the criteria) So it could be useful to open paper folder and have a depiction in bar: [Allow Zombies][Explicit Save Only] etc.

BTW, while checking this idea i somehow noticed couple paper tab glitches: visual glitch on using paper bar context menu and kinda unexpected behaviour on delete, when "On Delete Remove Items from Paper Folder" enabled. Should i mention them here or create separate threads in Bugs branch?
