File info tip doesn't display

I've installed TrackerV3 on 2 different computers and neither one of them shows the File Info Tips like in your screenshots. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

File Info Tips work on Win2000/XP only.

Ya, should have mentioned that both machines are running XP w/SP2.

Yes, as well as every item in the corresponding list. I've also tried unchecking the checkbox, restarting Tracker, then checking the box again, but that didn't work either.

Hmm, that's strange. Never heard of any user having that problem.

A last idea: hover the mouse over the icon, not the file name!

That's it! I was hovering over the filename. Now my next question is...........can it be made so that the file info tip shows when the mouse is hovered over the filename, as well as the icon? If it's too difficult or doesn't fit in with your plan, it's not a showstopper by any means.

Yep, that can be done. I vaguely remember that I expected this wish to pop up right after I added file info tips but it never came. Until now
