why does, how to fix the right side of duel frames keep freezing up. spent to much money for this to keep happening.

And you think this error description helps any one to analyse your problem.
There is zero information what version of XY you have under which OS.
What your are doing to produce this error ?

Still no description what you are doing to reproduce this bug for you ?
As no one else reported this problem how should the author try to reproduce it ?
