Yep. Directly, without expanding the submenu.

Yeah, it's not currently possible with popupnested. You can however, with regular menus accomplish something like the menu below and even have the right-hand column menu items activated by a right mouse click - one of my most commonly used menus. Refer to this link viewtopic.php?p=153571#p153571.
