Talking icons .... I know it's no longer en vogue to sport the 3D reality look, but can you point me to a resource where I can grab the old XY icons from about 2 years ago? Stuff that looks more like the :sticky pin and not like the new :find icon. Just too glyph-basic for my taste.

turns out it's one single sheet with all icons on it.
No other way than to grid them out into seperate single shingles?
If so, do you know of a tool that can slice It up?

In principle any image editor that has a ~slice tool will be able to do this job.

My goto graphiceditor is RWPaint/RWIconEditor, you can use it in conjunction with this script (after some mods). (prompted by kunkel321!)
But if you've never used RWP before, it might have a steep learning curve.

Some notes: all icons aren't laid out in a consistent grid. And there's a 1px margin around each image.

edit: I wanted to suggest PS, but told myself that was overkill.

never mind, I can use the slice tool that comes with Photoshop. Will only pick the few I need.

Back on topic - I notice that the Help for SC flattenfolder() and Custom Context Flatten Folder both lack a basic statement of what this command does. A user who doesn't already know for sure might not want to experiment, given the risks and warnings.

So I suggest adding something like: "This command recursively locates all files in all subfolders of the current folder, and moves them to the current folder. Then it deletes all the now-empty subfolders."

But to "the other subject": is it right that someone having the non-pro version, he can't create a user button for commands that are scriptable, but don't have a command number?

If it's so I'd call the presence of a command number for any command mandatory.
(OK: if you want to suppress this function for some command for non-pro users )

Im confused because I read flattenfolder(,,1); //same, but without prompt

But i have tried that and I still get a Flatten Folder? Click Ok to flatten dialog. Am I missing something? I've read others trying to figure this thing out without the prompt but I cant seem to get the actual answer just looking through the past, any can clear this up for me?
